Real Code Ltd, trading as NetEvolution, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Real Code Ltd is registered in England & Wales (company no. 08919593) with registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO no. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, organisation, role and the details you provide about your challenge. Separately, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic; GA4 sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes pseudonymous identifiers, but we do not use it to identify you personally. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a bot check on the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare and deliver services you ask us about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before a possible engagement.

Processors, sharing and retention

Enquiry submissions pass through a small set of processors acting for Real Code Ltd: our website host, Cloudflare (content delivery and Turnstile bot screening), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement) and an automated intake pipeline that routes your message to our team. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Data relating to a client engagement is kept for the duration of that engagement plus the period required by our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
