Risk register
Data sensitivity, compliance constraints and failure modes for each candidate workflow, with the controls each would require.
Prioritised roadmap
Automation candidates ordered by payback and risk — including the honest cases where a simpler tool or no automation is the right answer.
Scoped pilot proposal
Where a pilot makes sense: a defined workflow, success criteria agreed up front, a fixed price and a delivery plan your team can scrutinise.

We check the review fits your situation and you get a fixed quote. If it is not a fit, we say so.

Review — ten working days
Workshops, systems mapping and analysis, run by the engineer who would lead any resulting build.

Findings session
We walk your team through the roadmap, risk register and pilot proposal — and answer the hard questions on the record.
What we need from you
Light-touch for your team.
- A named sponsor who can unblock access and answer questions.
- Two workshops of around 90 minutes with operations and IT staff.
- Existing architecture or process documentation where it exists — read access only.
- No system changes, no data extraction and no production access are required for the review itself.
Investment
Reviews are priced from £7,500 + VAT, quoted as a fixed fee after the scoping call. A typical pilot that follows runs four to eight weeks and is priced separately — you approve it with the roadmap in hand, not before.
