Who delivers the work
NetEvolution engagements are led by Brad McAllister, Founder & director, Real Code Ltd — running the consultancy since 2014 and currently the integration developer on the University of London's Global Digital Campus programme, connecting Salesforce, SITS and Canvas.
Before that: six and a half years inside St Mary's University's systems estate — twenty-plus application integrations, a legacy student records migration to SITS and administration of 45 SQL Server instances — and earlier work at Royal Holloway automating student-facing workflows. The delivery network
Engagements are director-led, not director-only. Where a project needs capacity or a specialism beyond the core team, we draw on a network of trusted associates — SITS administration, data engineering, VLE integration and cloud infrastructure — engaged per-project rather than carried on a payroll.
Associates work under the same controls as the core engagement: scoped access, the same security and data-handling requirements, and a named line of accountability back to the director. When an associate joins your project you are told who they are and what they are doing — there are no anonymous subcontractors.
It is deliberately an honest model: the depth of a specialist network without pretending to be a large firm, and without the overheads that make large firms expensive.

We are engineers and architects, remote by design and based in the United Kingdom. Our work sits at the intersection of enterprise integration, applied machine learning and operational governance — the disciplines that determine whether an AI system survives contact with a real organisation.
Because NetEvolution operates within Real Code Ltd, engagements are delivered under established company controls: security practices mapped to Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 — not currently certified — and procurement-friendly processes built for organisations that run supplier risk reviews.

Every engagement starts with an architecture review rather than a sales pitch. We map your processes and systems, identify where automation pays back, and define the control plane — permissions, approvals, logging — before a single agent runs in anger.
We build systems your own teams can operate. Documentation, handover and knowledge transfer are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought — because an AI capability that only its vendor understands is a liability, not an asset.
