Modern slavery statement
Real Code Ltd, trading as NetEvolution. Financial year 2026–27 · Approved 30 September 2026 · Next review September 2027.
Introduction
This statement is made voluntarily by Real Code Ltd, trading as NetEvolution, in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although our turnover falls below the mandatory reporting threshold, we recognise that modern slavery is a serious crime and that every organisation has a responsibility to understand and manage its exposure.
This statement covers the financial year ending 2027 and will be reviewed annually.
Our structure and supply chains
Real Code Ltd is a UK-registered software engineering and AI automation consultancy (company no. 08919593) with its registered office in London. We deliver remote-first consulting services to UK and international clients, including higher education institutions.
Our supply chain is short and low-risk: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, licensed software and SaaS tools, and occasionally vetted specialist subcontractors based in the UK. We do not manufacture goods, operate physical premises open to supply-chain labour risk, or source from jurisdictions identified as high-risk for forced labour.
Policies
Our working practices are governed by our corporate policy statements, including anti-bribery & corruption, equal opportunities and whistleblowing commitments. Anyone working with or for us can raise a concern, confidentially, directly with the company director.
We pay all team members and subcontractors at or above market rates, engage them under written agreements, and never withhold identity documents, deposits or wages.
Due diligence
Before engaging a subcontractor or material supplier we verify the identity of the individual or company, confirm their right to work and trading status, and agree payment terms in writing. Where a supplier operates internationally, we consider the nature of the service and the jurisdictions involved before contracting.
Because our delivery is remote-first software engineering, the practical risk of modern slavery within our operations is assessed as low. We nonetheless review this assessment each year and whenever our supply chain changes materially.
Awareness
Everyone delivering work for Real Code Ltd is briefed on the indicators of labour exploitation and on how to escalate a concern. Concerns are escalated directly to the director and are treated as a board-level matter.
Approval
This statement was approved by the director of Real Code Ltd on 30 September 2026 and signed by Brad McAllister, Founder & director, Real Code Ltd.
